What it is for

Funds the creation of new IT startup warehouses/innovation campuses beyond the existing Gurugram facility, providing shared, fully-equipped office space for startups in new locations.

Who can apply

Government Departments or Government entities partnering with NASSCOM/CII/FICCI/ASSOCHAM/PHD/Centre for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE) to set up a startup warehouse; industry associations/bodies may also set one up directly, on a reimbursement basis.

What you get

Financial support of INR 4 crore for capital expenditure (furnishing/equipping the bare shell space — networking, bandwidth, lease line, air conditioning, furniture) plus INR 1 crore yearly for 3 years of recurring expenditure, at Panchkula, Hissar and other potential locations. If set up directly by an industry association/body, support is reimbursed post-expenditure and commencement of operations. The existing Gurugram Startup Warehouse also receives 3 further years of recurring expenditure support.
