Capital Subsidy for Incubators

Provides capital support to both government and private host institutes to set up incubators, expanding the availability of subsidised incubation space in the state.

Government Host Institutes and Private Host Institutes registered/registering as Incubators with Startup Haryana Cell, DITECH (must meet the Incubator eligibility conditions, including minimum 10,000 sq. ft. built-up space for private incubators, owned or leased for at least 5 years); only 5 private incubators are approved per year.

Government Host Institutes: capital grant of 50% of Capital Investment (excluding land cost), capped at INR 2 crore. Private Host Institutes: capital grant of 50% of Capital Investment (excluding land cost), capped at INR 1 crore, limited to 5 private incubators per year.

Register as an Incubator via the Startup Haryana Portal under the Incubator Registration Scheme (Annexure-I application form), submitting incorporation documents, DPIIT recognition (if any), and required undertakings; approved by Startup Haryana Cell/DITECH.

Government institutions or established private organisations planning to set up a new incubation facility meeting the minimum space/lease requirements.
