What it is for
Builds India's domestic semiconductor design capability by reimbursing design costs and rewarding successful deployment.

Domestic companies, startups, and MSMEs in semiconductor/semiconductor-linked design — must retain majority Indian ownership for 3 years after claiming incentives.
What you get
Product Design incentive: up to 50% of eligible design expenditure, capped at ₹15 crore. Deployment incentive: 4–6% of net sales for five years, capped at ₹30 crore.
